Bill Kocken, CEO, President & Director

Over 40 years' experience in mine development. Built Inlet Metal and Machining into one of Vancouver's largest mine and transport equipment fabrication companies. As CEO of Terra Mines, he was instrumental in completing a 250 tpd facility.


 
Dr. Matt Ball, Chief Operating Officer and Director

Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Dr. Matt Ball, Ph.D., P.Geo. has joined the Board of Directors and has been appointed as, Director and Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Ball is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada, the Society of Economic Geologists, USA and has 30 years international experience in exploration and operations geology. He was a semi‐finalist winner of the "Goldcorp Challenge" and subsequently employed by Goldcorp and the overall winner, Geoinfomatics Explorations Inc.

Dr. Ball joins the Bralorne Management team to strengthen the exploration effort to bring this property back into production. He believes the mine property is still largely under‐explored in terms of modern exploration, and that there is potential to do what happened at Goldcorp ‐ where renewed exploration in the historic mine resulted in a significant discovery.


 
Lisa Sharp, Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Sharp is a Certified General Accountant with over 15 years of senior management experience working with both private and public companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Sharp's experience encompasses financial and regulatory compliance, private placement financings and U.S. Filings. Most recently Ms. Sharp has been the Chief Financial Officer of a technology company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.


 
David Wolfin, Vice-President

Over 23 years' experience in mining and finance. Learned the business "from the ground up," starting as a geologist's assistant and working at a number of mining and exploration projects in North America. With the Wolfin Group of companies since 1990, he has helped raise over C$50m.


 
Dorothy Chin, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Chin is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Canada, a Canadian Division of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA"). She has more than 15 years experience in the mining and resource sectors, serving with public companies in regulatory compliance, governance, and administration of corporate affairs.


 
Johnathon Smith, Investor Relations Officer

Smith has over 10 years experience in marketing and corporate development. During his tenure with Bralorne, Mr Smith has focused his energy on communicating the Bralorne story to retail and institutional investors alike. Smith has been with Bralorne since 2006 and has played an key role in helping the company raise the necessary funds to move from exploration to production.
