Mr. Kocken brings over 40 years' experience in mine development to the company. He played a key role in developing the Bralorne mine and bringing it to its bulk sampling phase. Prior to joining Bralorne, Mr. Kocken built Inlet Metal and Machining Co. into one of Vancouver's largest mine and transport equipment fabrication companies. The firm's projects included Roberts Bank (coal stacker loader and conveyors); Vancouver Wharf (conveyor and loading systems); and a number of mines. Serving a CEO for Terra Mines, Mr. Kocken was instrumental in completing a 250 ton-per-day facility for that company.

Dr. Ball is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Canada, the Society of Economic Geologists, USA and has 25 years international experience in exploration and operations geology. He was a semi-finalist winner of the "Goldcorp Challenge" and subsequently employed by Goldcorp and the overall winner, Geoinfomatics Explorations Inc.

William Glasier, has over 30 years of varied business financial experience, including working for 12 years as a senior investment adviser, analyst and professional options trader for major brokerage companies. He was frequently one of the top producers while with a Prudential Bache Canada office for 6 years. Much of his financial expertise and experience have been in the mining industry where he has helped to raise several millions of dollars to finance a number of small-cap natural resource companies. He has served as an officer and/or director of several public and private companies. He is noted for his abilities in project management, and has been instrumental in expediting redevelopment of the Bralorne Gold Mine in British Columbia. The other officers, directors and project managers are also highly qualified mining executives with diverse areas of mining exploration and production expertise.

Mr. Wolfin brings 20 years' experience in mining and finance to Bralorne team. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry. Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Resource Group of companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (President & Director), Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Vice-President Finance & Director), Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (President & Director), Levon Resources Ltd. (Director), Berkley Resources Inc. (Director), Mill Bay Ventures Inc. (Director), Cresval Capital Corp. (Director) and Gray Rock Resources Ltd. (Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$50 million.

Gary Robertson, CFP, has over 20 years experience as financial advisor in Greater Moncton, and has extensive experience in managing several private businesses over the past 40 years. He is currently employed in the financial planning industry with Dundee Wealth Management as director, Private Client Group and continues to own and direct several businesses in the Greater Moncton Area. Mr. Robertson is a director of several junior mining firms: Avino Silver & Gold Mine Ltd., Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd, Coral Gold Resources Ltd., Levon Resources Inc, Mill Bay Ventures and Sage Gold Inc.
